Short Circut Fursuit by SneakyLynx Short Circut Fursuit by SneakyLynx
This is my personal fursuit I made for my fursona, Short Circut. This was my first attempt at making a fursuit. She was unveiled at Nan Desu Kan '12 in Denver, CO.

All hand crafted, and hand stitched. Some airbrush work.

Made of faux fur, foam, silicone paw pads, sculpy nose, felt, plastic claws, and other items.

Oh mai! I didn't realize at all until now that this was your suit :D
You did a great job on it, particularly for your first one. Next time I spot you at a con I'll be sure to say hi!

Whenever I hand stitch my suits I double up the thread but my knots always slip through and the stitching comes undone and then the suit falls apart. Any sewing tips or tutorials you can give?

I've actually never had any problems of any of my seams coming undone on anything i make. I do double thread everything i work on. and hmmm i was thinking about maybe making some tutorial videos at some point in time... just not sure when.

I always do hahaha, I double stitch and everything  so idk why it won't hold up. I guess thread hates me. I'd love to see a tutorial, what method of sewing do you use? Just the regular back and forth? Or some crazy method like most suiters use?
